Badminton in Rossendale

Rossendale Badminton league want to expand their junior coaching at The Adrenaline Centre, Haslingden and increase the current number of players who attend the weekly practice. They also wish to pay traveling expenses for the volunteer coaches.

To do this, a crowdfund has been launched on Spacehive. This will  enable the purchase of t-shirts, racquets and shuttles as well as covering court hire and coaching costs.

Additionally they are wanting to attract girls to the practice sessions as the senior league has a shortage of female players, the hope being that this will encourage individual clubs to 'adopt' young players.
